This ad is for the long awaited set of  stainless steel sleeping pods / extension flairs compatible with Mercedes Sprinter W906/W907 - 2006 to 2023, MWB / LWB and VW Crafter 2E/2F 2006 to 2016, MWB /LWB.
These are our premier stainless steel pods, created in UK Sprinter's unique style with performance in mind. Our design and use of stainless steel ensures pod space is maximised without loss of depth. Unlike their thick fibreglass counterparts our stainless steel pods are the same gauge steel as your van. Therefore putting maximum strength back into the side of your vehicle once installed, this reduces any kind of flex you would inherit using fibreglass. Further benefits of stainless steel includes zero chance of cracks / drying out, rusting and ensuring longevity.
The instalment of our stainless steel pods provides you with maximum room for sleeping. An additional 5 inch be exact. Taking your vans width from 72.25inch to 77.25inch. (Pod depths - passenger side 40mm and drivers side 80mm).
Our pods also give you free range when installing rear windows. As they are constructed from stainless steel, you can cut out your own window location, prior to or following installation. Also due to their strength, you have the option to bond / screw / rivet and bolt on accessories such as Mollie boards (see photos). 
Choosing stainless steel also reduces any ripple effect and any crazing in the finish as known in some cases with fibreglass and gel coats. Although our product will need to be professionally finished and installed, it will only need to be done once. This product is one of our top selling products and the first on the market that we know of.
These pods are made from vehicle grade stainless steel and will out last the life of your van.

these new stainless steel pods now come with a 2 degree swage line down the centre for style and strength favouring a 200mm deep window  although larger bonded windows can be fitted .

Please note - when fitted to long wheel base vans you will lose the option of fitting a full size side window in the next panel across.

IMPORTANT - Your sliding door will still open with standard Mercedes door cards, if you have modified the sliding door while converting (added wood panelling etc.) you may need a door rail spacer to ensure clearance.
